Rhona Brooksbank Mentor Program Co-ordinator
Mobile: 0400 080 431 rhonaoz@bigpond.com.au
Born in England, Rhona and her family moved to Australia when she was a child. She trained as a Dental Nurse at Perth Dental Hospital eventually working in Oral Surgery. Opportunity took her back to the UK and Europe working for one of the major dental implant companies in training, education and sales.
Wanting some diversity, Rhona took the challenge of owning and managing a piano bar on the Costa Del Sol in Spain. Eventually the late nights and holiday crowds became less attractive and she returned to beautiful Perth and her family.
She embarked on further studies and graduated from Curtin University as a Dental Hygienist. Rhona was involved in the UWA “Smile Study”, which is now complete with results soon to be published and is currently employed in a general dental practice. Outside dentistry, she enjoys a round of golf and taking her dog Rolo to the beach.
