DTHAWA Mission Statement

“To promote excellence in oral health for the community by the advancement of the dental therapy and hygiene professions whilst supporting the highest standards of education, collaboration, practice and research.”

Welcome

The Dental Therapy and Hygiene Association of WA (DTHAWA) is a progressive body representing issues of dental therapists and hygienists.  We provide leadership and collaboration with a solid commitment to continuing education as a basis to enhance the profession and improve oral health in the community.  Our Association is affiliated with our national body ADOHTA (Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists Association) and as such has the support and advocacy of all Australian State Associations on issues of mutual concern.
