Overview

How short paper sessions will work

  • Papers will be grouped together in sessions according to themes with a nominated chair
  • Each presenter will have a total of 15 minutes, (10 minutes to present with 5 minutes for discussion).

Poster sessions

  • Posters will be displayed during lunchtimes and breaks in sessions
  • In time-slots designated in the program, poster presenters will be invited to attend their poster, to be available for one on one discussion and consultation.
  • A prize will be awarded for the best poster selected by a judging panel, comprising members of the Abstract Reviewing Panel.

Workshops

  • Workshop presenter(s) are to nominate a duration of 30, 45 or 90 minutes
  • In addition to the abstract, describe the format on a separate sheet
  • The presenter(s) would usually conduct the session without a nominated chair, but if you will need assistance, describe it, so that the feasibility of your proposal can be assessed by the conference committee.

All presentation rooms will be equipped for electronic presentations.
