Guidelines

Abstract submission: Format Requirement

• All intended presentations require the submission of an abstract.
• The abstract should be a maximum of 200 words in simple text paragraphs without tables or sub-headings describing the content of the paper.
• All abstracts must be submitted by email or on disk in Word or Rich Text Format
(windows compatible)
The abstract must show the title of the paper (no longer than one line) name of the presenter, the presenter’s contact details and names of authors
• State the presenter’s full name, title, postal address, phone, fax and email address. If there is more than one presenter, please indicate
• All correspondence will be sent to the first presenter nominated in the abstract
• List names of authors only, contact details are not required
• Please clearly mark whether it is to be a poster or oral paper presentation.
Guidelines for preparation of posters will be provided once abstracts have been accepted
• All abstracts will be subject to peer review by the program committee
• All presenters must register and pay the conference registration fee

NOTE: Abstracts submitted for presentation will be published in the program exactly as received and should be checked for spelling and grammar prior to submission.

Type
Please state: short oral paper, or poster
Title
Title to be no longer than one line
Presenter
Please state the presenter’s full name and title. If more than one presenter, please indicate
Presenter’s contact details
List postal address, phone, fax and email address
Authors
List names of authors only, contact details are not required
Abstract
A maximum of 200 words of text in paragraph format without tables or subheadings.
